Please note that customized products and used bats are subject to specific manufacturer warranty guidelines rather than standard returns.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back in their original manufacturer packaging and ensure all tags and protective wraps are intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
